As the sun set over the green hills and forests surrounding Nature Community, the hundreds of individuals from across the world settling down in front of the main stage for the opening ceremony – we knew it would be worth the wait.
In GEN EU we believe in fostering open, ethical and trasparent communication which aligns with our values, and as a result we have decided to discontinue our engagement on X.
We want to capture some of the year’s main activities at the secretariat, while we recognise that all we do is in service to the wider network of ecovillages that provide light and inspiration in challenging times.
We want to present its results and with it the project outputs that the consortium has been working on for the last 3 years.
After three years apart, the European and global ecovillage movement came back together in a joyful celebration of community, tackling themes of crisis while gathering hope, inspiration and important lessons from projects, practitioners and experts from around the world.
