As a proud partner of the Ecoprise project, GEN Europe has contributed with insights from seasoned ecovillagers, helping shape a course that bridges regenerative living principles with practical entrepreneurship. This collaboration ensures the curriculum is grounded in decades of real-world experience from thriving ecovillage communities across Europe.
What You’ll Learn
The Ecoprise Course is structured around the four UNESCO pillars of sustainable development – environmental, social, economic, and cultural – and includes:
- The foundations of regenerative entrepreneurship and ecovillage design
- Digital skills for visibility, networking, and ecological markets
- Green skills for environmental regeneration and circular economies
- Resilience skills grounded in systems thinking, social inclusion, and well-being
- Entrepreneurial skills for sustainable business planning and innovation
- A final practical module where you design your own Ecoprise business plan
Course Details
Through video lessons, practical activities, examples, and tools, you’ll explore sustainability, regenerative design, permaculture, the circular economy, and social innovation over approximately 12 weeks – equivalent to 20 ECTS credits.
Upon completion, you’ll receive micro-credentials and a European certificate that enhance your CV and demonstrate your newly acquired competences in sustainable entrepreneurship.
