Moon Cycle News & Public Newsletter Submission Guidelines

Moon Cycle News:

Deadline: 5 days prior to every full Moon

Please submit your contributions within the following guidelines: 

• For articles:
  • – Please provide your full name and contact info.
    – Please provide with your article a small introductory paragraph max. 80 words
    – Please provide if possible a picture as jpg, png or gif in a high resolution with a width up to 600 pixel and size of up to 1 MB
    –All opinions, ideas and perspectives in the article are clearly stated as such with “I” statements
    – Any person or group named directly or by inference have been contacted for approval
    
    
• Submissions for multiple Moons/months will need to be submitted each month

Send your submission as a PDF, OpenOffce, Word, or text format file to membership@gen-europe.org

Public Newsletters:

Deadline: 5 days prior to every Equinox and/or Solstice.

Spring – 20^th of March, Summer – 20^th of June, Autumn – 22^nd of September, Winter – 21^st of December

Please submit your contributions within the following guidelines: 

• For articles/announcements:
  • – Please provide your full name and contact info.
    – Please provide with your article/announcement a small introductory paragraph max. 80 words
    – Please provide if possible a picture as jpg, png or gif in a high resolution with a width up to 600 pixel and size of up to 1 MB. It is also possible to send a link to the drive folder. If necessary, provide a logo as well. – Please provide public links with further information (Web, Social Media, Youtube…)
    –All opinions, ideas and perspectives in the article are clearly stated as such with “I” statements
    – Any person or group named directly or by inference have been contacted for approval
    
    
• Submissions for multiple Newsletters will need to be submitted each season
• If you wish to share your Social Media posts, feel free to send them through Facebook or Instagram messaging or via email.
