Meeting of the Sustain-Ability Education Team in Rome

The Sustain-Ability Education Team gathered in Rome, Italy, from 29–31 May 2026, kindly hosted by REPLAY Network aps, for a productive and energising working meeting focused on co-developing the project’s sustainability competence curriculum.

Over three days, Andreea, Anna, Dražen, Jan, Snežana, and Sabrina came together to move the work forward on WP3, diving into collaborative drafting, refining learning pathways, and aligning the structure and flow of the 12 competence areas. A strong focus was placed on harmonising approaches, improving consistency across activities, and making sure the learning experience feels coherent and engaging across all strands.

The team also worked intensively on clarifying roles, strengthening collaboration methods, and agreeing on next steps and priorities for the months ahead. Key discussions included how to better connect the different competence areas, how to ensure quality and coherence in the materials, and how to prepare for the upcoming testing phase and digital platform integration.

Alongside the focused work sessions, there was plenty of space for exchange, reflection, and informal connection—supporting the spirit of shared ownership and teamwork that drives the project forward. The meeting closed with clear next steps and renewed energy for the journey ahead.
