Delegates Ticket Allocation
| Ecoprojects: 1 delegate ticket Aspiring ecovillage members: 2 delegate tickets Aspiring network members: 3 delegate tickets Full ecovillage members: up to 6 delegates tickets (3 for the first 10 members, 4 for up to 30 members, 5 for up to 40 members, 6 for up to 50 members) Full network members: up to 10 delegate tickets (5 for the first 10 members, 6 for up to 20 members, 7 for up to 30 members, 8 for up to 40 members, 9 for up to 50 members, 10 for up to and plus 60 members) |
Registration Process

| This year we are asking you to use this separate form which will be provided exclusively for the registration of your delegates. Please do not register on the Gathering website. |
| To register, please follow these steps: 1) Check how many delegate tickets are allocated for your membership type and distribute them in your community/network. 2) Make sure at least one of your delegates is attending the General Assembly in person or online *only required for full and aspiring members* 3) Make sure you have paid your membership fee for 2024. 4) Invite your community/network members to register using this form to secure their ticket for the General Assembly/Gathering and to book the accommodation and food on the Ängsbacka website. If you have more community/network members wanting to join than delegate tickets available, please direct them to the Gathering website to book their ticket. And note that the tickets available there are now combined with a year-long GEN Europe membership. |
Ticket Prices
| We offer our delegates an EARLY BIRD Gathering ticket for only €30 until May 15th. After that, the price will rise to €50, as in previous years. Participation in the General Assembly is of course free of charge (excluding meals and accommodation). In addition to the Gathering ticket, costs for food and accommodation of your choice at Ängsbacka will be added. |

Membership Fee
| To be eligible for delegate tickets, please ensure that you have paid your membership fee for 2024. You can pay through our web page via PayPal or Stripe or via bank transfer to our bank account: IBAN: DE 11100100100007681105, BIC: PBNKDEFFIMPORTANT: Make sure to state the reason for transaction: Membership fee 2024. If you need an invoice before you pay, please send us an email stating the sum you intend to pay, and we will send it to you. Please note the slight increase in membership fees for 2024, see here.
