Let’s imagine one day at the Gathering…
As the Sun slowly rises, we will start our day gently, reconnecting with our bodies and surroundings with yoga, singing or meditation.
After a delightful organic breakfast, we’ll join our group morning circles with awe-inspiring speakers and guided experiences to spark curiosity and imbue community spirit.
Then it’s time to study the programme and choose from over 50 workshops. Together, we’ll delve into the mind-provoking and soul-expanding programme and explore a myriad of topics from permaculture and renewable energy to conscious sexuality and alternative economics. And there’s plenty for the kids too, with a dedicated programme of games and activities (coming soon!)
After a nourishing lunch, we’ll take a break to decompress and stroll through the Ecovillage Tech Expo, or join our connection spaces or sharing groups to meet new people and process our experiences from the day so far.
Next, it’s time for our Collective Sessions: meet ecovillagers, discover projects and buy community products in our marketplace; let the needs of the group emerge in the Open Space, support new ecovillages in the community resource circle. We’ll get our hands dirty during natural building workshops or slow down and reconnect with nature while enjoying the Tea ceremony.
In the evenings, we’ll immerse ourselves in the artistic expressions of music, films, movement and other soulful practices before dancing our hearts out with DJ sets and live performances to end our day.
