Hello, my name is Anna!

Anna Książek (she/her) is a trainer, coach and changemaker whose work focuses on human connection, non-formal education and social impact. With an academic background in Psychology (MA), Pedagogy (BA) and Cultural Studies (BA), she has spent years exploring how people and communities create meaningful change beyond formal systems.

Her curiosity about lived experience led her to co-found ExChange the World, an initiative through which she has travelled extensively to learn directly from changemakers around the globe. Through more than 350 interviews in over 36 countries, Anna has collected stories, tools and insights on changemaking, which later became the foundation of a unique methodology supporting people in developing their own social projects and initiatives.

Alongside her research, Anna has over 2,000 hours of experience as a trainer, working mainly with NGOs, but also with public institutions and the private sector. She has collaborated with international organisations such as Ashoka, Amnesty International, the Global Ecovillage Network and the Scout Movement, contributing to trainings, long-term projects and educational materials.

In recent years, her work has focused on global education, changemaking, social entrepreneurship, community living, regeneration, women’s empowerment and personal development. As a professional coach and facilitator, she supports individuals and groups in clarifying their values, strengthening their agency and turning ideas into action.

For three years she has been living in Arterra Bizimodu – community in Navarra, Spain.
