Ecovillage Map update!
The Project Launch & Thrive has recently come to an end, and its two years of work have pushed GEN Europe’s IT infrastructure to new heights. Among many other achievements, we are celebrating the latest updates from the Ecovillage Map!
Thanks to the dedication of our IT Manager Angel Matilla and the dynamic engagement of our national networks, our Ecovillage Map now proudly displays over 754 communities! This impressive expansion includes members from LOES, Cooperative Oasis, RIE, GEN Germany, and RIVE.
Furthermore, as we are welcoming the new Membership category of Ecoprojects to our network they are also finding their place on our Map, thus giving a larger overview of different communities across our Network.
These new features will help us maintain the most comprehensive and current information about European ecovillages we’ve ever had. We encourage other networks to join the effort to make our Map even stronger and more interconnected!
