Nextcloud is an open source collaboration platform. Nextcloud Hub integrates the four key Nextcloud products Files, Talk, Groupware and Office into a single platform, optimizing the flow of collaboration.

  • Nextcloud Files offers a self-hosted file storage and sync platform with powerful collaboration capabilities with desktop, mobile and web interfaces
  • Nextcloud Talk delivers on-premises, private audio/video conferencing and text chat through browser and mobile interfaces with integrated screen sharing and SIP integration.
  • Nextcloud Groupware integrates Calendar, Contacts, Mail and other productivity features to help teams get their work done faster and easier.
  • Nextcloud Office is a powerful LibreOffice-based online office suite with collaborative editing, which supports all major document, spreadsheet and presentation file formats and works in all modern browsers.

Since 2021, GEN Europe has deployed its own instance of NextCloud. It has been adopted by staff and council and some working groups.

Now we’re also offering Nextcloud for our member networks and ecovillages.
