Call for Offers: Filmmaker for RUDI’s Participatory Video Storytelling Strand
GEN Europe is looking for a filmmaker, facilitator and teacher to support a participatory video strand of RUDI: Rural Innovation to address Demographic and Climate Challenges, a Horizon Europe project working with eight rural regions across Austria, Bulgaria, Germany, Italy, Latvia, the Netherlands, Poland and Portugal on demographic change, climate adaptation and rural innovation!
Rather than commissioning a film about these communities, we’re building their capacity to tell their own stories on video. The contractor will train eight regional media teams – through inception workshops, follow-up training and ongoing mentoring – to produce their own short pieces over the next two years, and will curate the final consolidated output.
Fee ceiling: €10,000 (excl. VAT and travel), across four phases, October 2026–November 2028
