MY LIFE JOURNEY SO FAR.
Raised in a town where collaboration and shared values were crucial, I recognized the power of interconnectedness and community enhancement. My education in sociology further helped me to realize that the potential in our lives  benefits both ourselves and our communities.
My commitment to impactful projects and exploration into alternative economic models like the circular and doughnut economies, alongside my engagement with a community living project in Turkey, has been transformative. To deepen my knowledge, I have participated in the Art of Hosting Trainer Training and completing courses in Ecovillage Design Education and the Economic Dimension with Gaia Education and GEN which have profoundly enriched my perspective.
My experiences, especially in disaster recovery, underscore the importance of solidarity in building vibrant, resilient communities. Driven by these values, I’ve transitioned into entrepreneurship, continuing to co-create impactful initiatives and promote a harmonious existence for all.

WHY I APPLIED FOR AN ESC WITH GEN?
The prospect of community living and the joy of co-creating have long been on my bucket list.While I’ve dedicated myself to building an ecovillage project in Turkey, it has been a journey filled with challenges. These experiences have served as poignant lessons, prompting me to reevaluate my path. This introspection has led me to prioritize the profound experience of ESC with GEN, a long-standing network that explores ways for nature and humans to coexist in balance and peace through generations. I aspire to witness, be part of and contribute to successful examples of community living and collaboration.
Now, this opportunity would fulfill a dream abundantly.

MY ROLE
I’m assisting Dicte in co-creating the GEN Europe Gathering, one of the most meaningful events dedicated to fostering resilient, nature-aligned communities. As an event assistant, I’m thrilled to facilitate a space for discovering community practices focused on nurturing the human spirit and exploring sustainable living practices.

MY DREAM
I dream of a reality where our actions and systems align with our values, resulting in an experience of peace, creativity, and meaningful relationships.
