Conscious living requires knowledge of self, interpersonal skills and sensitivity to be sustainable. In Birth Into Being workshops, we support people to shift behavioural patterns of disconnection, that originate in birth and early life. We work with imprints and an understanding of neurobiology to bring you to profound, personally transformative experiences.
