Tamera, Portugal, July 2011

The General Assembly took place in Tamera on July 12th & 13th, right after the Ecovillage and Sustainable Living Conference.

The secretariat reported about the activities of 2010/2011 and presented the financial report for 2010. There were a few statute changes that can be viewed in the minutes (download on the left).

Instead of an office transition every four years, project based office multiplication was chosen by the GA to ensure stability but allowing flexibility where needed.

A proposal for visiting other member communities at special conditions was agreed upon and a declaration to the EU was accepted.

The next GA will take place at Schloss Glarisegg in Switzerland.
